GAME RULES

1. Principle of the Draw

Each order placed on Mister Montre during the limited edition sale period, within the limit of available stock, entitles one to automatic participation in the prize draw.

No additional purchase, no additional action is required.

2. Prize at Stake

The prize draw offers the chance to win:

  • An Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Professional with a white dial
  • Estimated value: 8500 CHF

The prize awarded is neither exchangeable nor refundable and cannot be converted into any financial compensation.

In the event that circumstances beyond its control require it, the organizer reserves the right to substitute the originally planned prize with a prize of equivalent or higher nature and value.

Any costs associated with the delivery or collection of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize must be collected according to the procedures defined by the organizer.

The awarding of the prize is final and cannot be subject to any claim or dispute from the winner.

3. Conditions of Participation

Participation in the draw is open to any natural person of legal age, who is eighteen (18) years old on the date of the order and has the necessary legal capacity.

Participation is reserved for individuals who have placed a valid order on the Mister Montre website. Each order entitles the participant to one (1) unique entry. Cancelled, refunded, or unfinalized orders are not taken into account.

Participation is limited to a maximum of five hundred (500) entries, corresponding to the total number of items available for the edition concerned.

The draw is open to residents of metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, who have internet access and a valid personal email address.

Excluded from any participation are individuals who have directly or indirectly participated in the organization or implementation of the draw, as well as their immediate family members, including employees, service providers, or partners of the organizer.

Participation is exclusively online, via the Mister Montre website. Any other form of participation, particularly by mail or any other means, will not be taken into account.

Any participation containing incomplete, inaccurate, falsified information, or information that does not clearly identify the participant will result in the automatic cancellation of the entry. The organizer reserves the right to carry out any useful verification to ensure compliance with these conditions.

Participation in the draw implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Participation Period

  • Opening: from the sale of the limited edition
  • Closing: as soon as stock runs out

No entries will be recorded after the closing date.

5. Winner Designation and Notification

The winner will be informed by the organizer, by any appropriate means of contact (including email, telephone, or mail), within a maximum of ten (10) days following the date of the draw.

Each participant is identified exclusively based on the information provided during their participation. In case of a dispute, the data recorded by the organizer will be the sole authentic record.

In the absence of a response or claim for the prize within fourteen (14) days from the notification, the prize will be considered permanently forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate participant designated during the draw.

Any inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous information will result in the cancellation of the participation concerned and, where applicable, the loss of the right to the prize. Generally, any participation not conforming to the conditions defined by these rules will be declared invalid.

The winner authorizes the organizer to mention their name and, if applicable, to broadcast their image and content related to the prize presentation, on its communication channels, without financial compensation.

The organizer cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or logistical constraints beyond its control, particularly in the context of purchases made remotely. No derogation can be granted in this regard.

6. Personal Data

The data collected as part of the draw is used solely for:

  • Managing participations
  • Designating and contacting the winner

They are neither sold nor transferred to third parties and are processed in accordance with Mister Montre's privacy policy.

7. Responsibility and Reservations

Any fraudulent or non-compliant participation may be canceled by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to interrupt, postpone, or adapt the draw in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

No liability can be incurred in the event of a technical incident or malfunction affecting the course of the draw.

8. Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the draw implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

9. Organizer and Applicable Law

This prize draw is organized by Mister Montre, an individual enterprise under Swiss law, operating the brand "Mister Montre", with its registered office at Rue de Bourg 27, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland, registered under number [IDE / CHE-XXX] (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer").

These rules are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation, execution, or validity shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Organizer's registered office, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
