GAME RULES
1. Organizer
This prize draw is organized by Mister Montre, a sole proprietorship under Swiss law, operating under the brand name "Mister Montre", with its registered office at Rue de Bourg 27, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland, registered under number [IDE / CHE-134.356.932] (hereinafter the "Organizer").
These rules are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to its interpretation, execution, or validity shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Organizer's registered office, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
2. Principle of the Draw
Any order validly placed on the Mister Montre website during the limited edition sale period, and subject to stock availability, entitles automatic entry into the prize draw.
No additional steps or purchases are required to participate.
3. Prize
The prize draw offers the chance to win:

- Estimated value: 8500 CHF
The prize awarded is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash.
In the event that circumstances beyond its control require it, the organizer reserves the right to substitute the initially planned prize with a prize of equivalent or higher nature and value.
Any costs associated with the delivery or collection of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize must be collected according to the procedures defined by the organizer.
The awarding of the prize is final and cannot be subject to any claim or dispute by the winner.
4. Conditions of Participation
Participation in the prize draw is open to any adult natural person, aged eighteen (18) years or older on the date of the order, possessing the necessary legal capacity.
To participate, the participant must, during the game period:
- Visit mistermontre.com
- Purchase a minimum of 1 "First Step" Edition watch case, with each case purchased corresponding to a single entry in the prize draw
- Complete the mandatory fields of the order form: last name, first name, email, address, telephone
Only participants who have correctly followed these steps will have their participation confirmed and will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Participation is limited to a maximum of five hundred (500) entries, corresponding to the total number of items available for the First Step edition.
The prize draw is open to residents of metropolitan France (including Corsica), Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, who have internet access and a valid personal email address.
Excluded from participation are individuals who have directly or indirectly participated in the organization or implementation of the draw, as well as members of their immediate family, including employees, service providers, or partners of the organizer.
Participation is exclusively online, via the Mister Montre website. Any other form of participation, particularly by mail or by any other means, will not be considered.
Any participation containing incomplete, inaccurate, falsified information, or information that does not clearly identify the participant, will result in the automatic cancellation of the participation. The organizer reserves the right to carry out any useful verification to ensure compliance with these conditions.
Participation in the draw implies full and complete acceptance of these rules, as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Participation Period
The participation period begins at the opening of the "First Step" Edition sale and automatically ends when the available stock is depleted, up to a limit of 500 items.
Any order validly confirmed during this period entitles automatic entry into the prize draw.
No entries will be accepted after the closing of the "First Step" Edition sale.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be informed by the organizer, by any appropriate means of contact (including email, telephone, or mail), within a maximum of 7 days following the date of the draw.
Each participant is identified solely based on the information they provided during their participation. In case of dispute, the data recorded by the organizer will be considered authentic.
In the absence of a response or claim for the prize within fourteen (14) days from the notification, the prize will be considered definitively forfeited and may be awarded to a substitute participant designated during the draw.
Any inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous information will result in the cancellation of the participation concerned and, if applicable, the forfeiture of the right to the prize. In general, any participation that does not comply with the conditions defined in these rules will be declared invalid.
The winner authorizes the organizer to mention their name and to disseminate, if applicable, their image and content related to the prize giving, on its communication channels, without financial compensation.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or logistical constraints beyond its control, particularly in the context of remote purchases. No derogation will be granted in this regard.
7. Personal Data
The data collected as part of the draw is used solely for:
- Managing participations
- Selecting and contacting the winner
It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties and is processed in accordance with Mister Montre's privacy policy.
8. Responsibility and Reservations
Any fraudulent or non-compliant participation may be canceled by the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to interrupt, postpone, or adapt the prize draw in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
No liability can be incurred in the event of a technical incident or malfunction affecting the course of the draw.
9. Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the draw implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
